Today we went to Hampton Court Palace. It is one of Henry VIIIs 80 palaces. It was very large and beautiful. There were so many gardens and it was gorgeous. There is a maze, that was fun to go through. We had a great lunch at the cafe. I had an order of roasted potatoes and fresh baked bread. Katie and I got a huge brownie and a bowl of cream and strawberries that we ate together and it was so good!! But I got sick on the train ride home. We're going on the London Eye tonight, I am excited to see the city at night.

Here is an intricate ceiling design. I love the attention
paid to the details of ceilings in these old palaces. I can't
hardly imagine the time and effort that goes into their beauty.
